Brooklynne (Litke) Keber

Brooklynne was a Master's student (M.Sc.) who started in the Docker lab during her B.Sc. (Hons). Her work explored the use of environmental DNA to map the distribution of freshwater fishes of special interest and conservation concern in Manitoba, including native lampreys, Bigmouth Buffalo, Golden Redhorse and Hornyhead Chub, and compares using eDNA to traditional methods of sampling (e.g., gill netting, electrofishing) to detect these fishes.
