Arfa Khan

Since completing her Master's degree with Dr. Docker in 2015, Arfa worked as the lab manager in the Docker lab until August 2022, training and assisting all lab members with their projects. Her work in the lab focuses on endangered and invasive fish species, using tools such as eDNA and fish genomics. Arfa was also the researcher coordinator for GEN-FISH until June 2022. 

Arfa now works for Fisheries and Oceans Canada at the Freshwater Institute. She was an extremely valued member of the Docker lab and is greatly missed!
